Coloring with Copics - Country Charisma Class Kit

Come join me to color with Copics.  Each month we will use images from a stamp set that will be included in your class kit.  We will color these images together and finish the class by turning them into cards. You will leave with 3 finished cards you can mail, and the skills/stamps to go home and make more.  By coloring together, we promise you can color with Copics!!

I do recommend that you attend Intro to Copics before taking this class, but once you take Intro to Copics, all the other Copic classes are standalone.

This month we will be using a set from Penny Black called Country Charisma.
We will also learn & practice how to color metals!

For class you will need to bring the following Copic Marker colors to class:

YG17, YG67, YG03, W1, W3, W5, W7
0 (Colorless Blender) - optional
(all used in previous classes) plus these additional markers:
B00, B02, B04, B0000

If you'd like to work with different metal combinations (not used on the cards, but making a metal practice sheet for those wanting to learn metal) these are the metal marker colors:
C1, C3, C5, E11, E15, E18, E08, Y11, Y15, YR24

Don't have one of these?  Just click the one you need and add it to your cart and we will have it waiting for you at your seat for class.  If you'd like to rent a set of markers to try, please email Sara and let us know! sara@scrappininthecity.com
We can rent you a set for class for $11 (rental doesn't include the metals colors)

Meet our new Instructor:  Michelle Uhlenhake

I am so excited to begin teaching at Scrappin' In The City.  I have been crafting for over 20 years, but fell in love with Copics in 2015 when I walked into my local scrapbook store in Illinois where a class was going on using Copics.  I immediately was intrigued.  Wanting to learn as much as I could about coloring with Copics, I went through Copic Certification classes in 2016 and have continued my Copic education every year by taking classes under various instructors.  I have been sharing my love of Copic coloring with others since 2017.  In my classes, we will color stamped images with Copics which can easily be made into cards.  I hope you will be able to join me.
