Coloring with Copics - Gnomes

Come join me to color with Copics.  Each month we will use images from a stamp set that will be included in your class kit.  We will color these images together and finish the class by turning them into cards. You will leave with 2 finished cards you can mail, and the skills/stamps to go home and make more.  By coloring together, we promise you can color with Copics!!

I do recommend that you attend Intro to Copics before taking this class, but once you take Intro to Copics, all the other Copic classes are standalone.

This month we will be using a set from a 'new to us' stamp company... Whimsy Stamps.  Gnomes are all the rage right now and their adorable 'Gnome Matter What' set is so much fun to play with.

For class you will need to bring the following Copic Marker colors to class:

YG17, YG03, YG67,
W0, W1, W3, W5
Y18
E33, E35, E37
R24
0 (Colorless Blender)

(all used in previous classes) plus these additional markers:
Y11, Y15
B91, B95, B97
E00, E11, E21

Don't have one of these?  Just click the one you need and add it to your cart and we will have it waiting for you at your seat for class.

Items you may want:
Memento Ink Pad
Blending Tool
Oxide Ink Pads in Mustard Seed & Barn Door
Nuvo Drops in Dandelion Yellow

Meet our new Instructor:  Michelle Uhlenhake

I am so excited to begin teaching at Scrappin' In The City.  I have been crafting for over 20 years, but fell in love with Copics in 2015 when I walked into my local scrapbook store in Illinois where a class was going on using Copics.  I immediately was intrigued.  Wanting to learn as much as I could about coloring with Copics, I went through Copic Certification classes in 2016 and have continued my Copic education every year by taking classes under various instructors.  I have been sharing my love of Copic coloring with others since 2017.  In my classes, we will color stamped images with Copics which can easily be made into cards.  I hope you will be able to join me.
