Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?
We must be given 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend the class so that we may give others on the waiting list the opportunity to take the class. Because the class kits are pre-cut in advance, if the cancellation is made on time you will receive a store credit in the amount of the class. Otherwise, we will hold the kit for you to pickup at your convenience.  All kits will include color instructions unless noted as a workshop.  You are welcome to 'makeup' missed classes in our work space during regular store hours.  Class examples and tools cannot be loaned out and must remain in the classroom.  Please note that many of our classes are taught by guest teachers & designers, so one-on-one training will not be available, except for during the scheduled class time.

What is a Basic Tool Kit for class?
A basic tool kit for our classes includes: paper trimmer, adhesives of choice including a tape runner and foam dimensional dots, scissors, journaling pen, and a black or brown ink pad.  Please see each class description for any additional suggested supplies from the instructor.

Crop Space

Can I come & scrap anytime?
You are welcome anytime between 10 am & 6 pm. Kindly call beforehand to make sure we have a space cleared for you from our own crafting messes! and to confirm availability.   A $5 crop fee allows access to our expansive work room.

What does my crop fee include?
Crop fees are $15 for Saturdays 10am-11pm.  Prepayment may be made to receive a $5 discount... crop for 13 hours for only $10!!  All croppers have access to use of tools listed in work room which include Cricut, Cuttlebug, sewing machine, stamps, inks, tools, & more.  Drinks & chocolate are provided.  Free wifi is available as well as access to our Netflix account on the big screen.  Croppers also receive a 10% discount on their purchases while cropping and can keep a running tab while here!  Please see each individual crop description for any specifics.

Do I need to reserve my spot for classes or crops?
Yes, we have limited seating available for all classes and crops. Your reservation can be made by phone, email or also by booking on the website.  Seats are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and are only guaranteed when paid for in advance.  Class seating is limited to 14 per class for optimal guest comfort & class instructions.  Crop seating is booked in the main classroom at 14, the side work room at 6, and the new downstairs crop room at 4.

Can I use your Cricut Machine?
The Cricut die cutting machine is part of our work room and its use is included in the crop fee along with our cartridges.  Mats are not provided.  You will need to supply your own mat for cutting.  As a convenience, you may rent a mat at the front desk for $2 a day or purchase one from the store.
