We are so proud of our new group of city chicks. They each have their own style and something different that they bring to our store. Together they help to make up Scrappin’ In The City. Without them...our store would not be the same!!! So, take some time to get to know them and watch for their work to be added to Pinterest and the blog weekly - we’re sure you’ll be inspired and fall in love with them like we did.

As long as I can remember, I wanted to be a librarian (I thought you got to live at the library with all the books and cards and pockets and stamps) and I wanted to make things. And I did grow up to be a librarian (had to find my own housing though) and all along the way I made things, everything from cross stitch and needlepoint to origami and bookmaking. But when I discovered mixed media, and more specifically, the gel plate, I knew I had found my happy place. The thrill of pulling prints and the fact that you can’t completely control the outcome keeps me coming back, and I love having my own papers to work with. Besides doing mixed media, I read and knit a lot, cook a little, and clean even less. I’m looking forward to working with the Design Team, learning new techniques, pushing the limits of our supplies and tools, and sharing the results with you.

I started scrapping about 20 or so years ago when my children were young. The craft was just starting to grow in popularity. I started trying 12x12 pages but was overwhelmed. I soon went to card making because it was a smaller canvas. I have since progressed to where I enjoy making my own mini albums. I love to learn new things. I work full time so that does hinder my crafting time. My youngest daughter, Sami, still lives at home with me so we craft a lot together. We enjoy our time.

Hello, my name is Tiffany. I've been married to my husband for 38 years. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I have loved to craft since I was a child. I love to scrapbook, make cards and try anything new. My favorite adhesives are Art Glitter Glue & Miracle Tape. My favorite scrap snacks are cheese & almonds. My favorite event to scrap is Christmas, of course! And my favorite go-to product would be my Tim Holtz inks!
