Scrappin' in the City Design Team
Fall 2020

We are so proud of our new group of city chicks. They each have their own style and something different that they bring to our store. Together they help to make up Scrappin’ In The City. Without them...our store would not be the same!!! So, take some time to get to know them and watch for their work to be added to Pinterest and the blog weekly - we’re sure you’ll be inspired and fall in love with them like we did.

Debra Lord

Hello everyone, I'm Debra and so happy to be joining the Design Team.  I've been a crafter for most of my life with sewing, macrame (remember when?), sand art, all kinds of things. In September 2015 I went to a rubber stamp and scrapbook show in Sevierville and was introduced to the world of papercrafting. I fell in love with stamps and dies and especially the idea of sharing my creativity with others by sending them a thoughtful card.  Since I work a full time job, you'll find me making cards around 5:30 AM Saturday mornings with a big mug of coffee in the quiet of the morning.
I'm really looking forward to working with the Design Team and seeing their creativity in action.

 Jennifer Gatewood

Hi! I'm Jennifer! I am a mother, wife, hair stylist and a scrapbooker! My favorite thing is spending time my boys but I am quite addicted to scrappin'. I've been at it for 16 years! I'm slowly getting into mixed media so we'll see what happens! I am known to share a chilled boxed Moscato with my friends and, oh yes, margaritas! My favorite sayings are "You do you Boo" and "Fake it till you make it."

Kelley Rice

Hi! I’m Kelley Rice. I was first introduced to the world of scrapbooking when my mom dove head first into Creative Memories. Over the years, as our relationship has evolved, so has scrapbooking (can I get an amen?!). Nowadays, while I still enjoy scrapbooking, it mostly consists of updating my travel journal, beautifying my planner pages, and using every kind of gadget and technique known to man. I live here in Knoxville with my husband and dog, subjecting them to endless reruns of the Golden Girls and Murder, She Wrote.

I believe you can DIY almost anything, pretty things matter, and you're never too old to have ice cream for breakfast - or any other meal! Wife, cat-mom, reader, paper-crafter and graphic designer.

  Seanna Rupe

Hi, I'm Seanna.  I've been scrapbooking since 1994.  I enjoy traditional 12x12 scrapbooking but also  card making as well as mini-albums, and most recently working in the travelers notebook format.  My favorite scrapbook subjects are my family and pets, and I am a story-focused scrapbooker.  My husband and I recently celebrated our 35th anniversary, and we have three grown daughters, three cats, and a huge white dog named Jed Barklet.  In addition to paper crafting, I have worked from home for several decades in the healthcare industry.  I recently earned an MBA and have been enjoying the extra time I forgot I had now that school is over.  We moved to one of the historic districts in Knoxville in 2013, and one of the coolest things about our home is that I could walk to Scrappin' in the City--so far that hasn't happened, but I like that it is an option.

Tiffany Brummitt

My name is Tiffany Brummitt, I will be married to my husband for 40 years this October. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren which are the highlight of my life. I have always craft starting with painting ceramics when I was 12, to cross stitching and latch hooking, to now scrapbooking and cards. I love to learn new and different ways to craft. I get my ideas from Youtube, Pinterest or other designers. I look forward working with the Design Team and CRAFTING!

 Tandara Smith

I started scrapping about 20 or so years ago when my children were young.  The craft was just starting to grow in popularity.  I started trying 12x12 pages but was overwhelmed.  I soon went to card making because it was a smaller canvas.  I have since progressed to where I enjoy making   my own mini albums.  I love to learn new things.  I work full time so that does hinder my crafting time.  My youngest daughter, Sami, still lives at   home with me so we craft a lot together.  We enjoy our time.
