Art Journaling with the City Chicks Feb2026 {In-Person}

Hello February!! We will continue to use our Dina Wakely Ledger Journal to journal with a fun array of supplies. Each month you will receive supplies to create a mixed media toolkit that will give you an essential kit to reach for when journaling at home. We will use different supplies to create a fun mixed media background before adding embellishments to our page. This month we will be focusing on Coffee and Flowers to create a fun valentine's page. This class is great for beginners and experienced painters. So, grab an apron and a friend and come join us!!!

No. 2 Pencil
Scissors
Stamp Block
Paper Trimmer
Adhesive (tape runner, two sided tape, and a strong liquid glue)
Clear Gesso (if you want to prep your page)
Gel Medium
Modeling or Texture Paste
Matte Black Paint
Matte White Paint
Black Posca or Acrylic Paint Pen
Black Journaling Pen (Waterproof)
Archival Ink
Paint Brushes - Round #2 and #4, Flat 1/4" and 1"
Palette Knife
Craft Heat Gun
Spray Bottle for Water
Stamp Set - We will use this in the background of our collage. I used clocks, gears and script.
8x10 Art Journal (if you do not purchase the Dina Wakely Ledger Journal)
Old Book Pages, Music, or Tissue Paper

Materials Included:	This kit will include a new stencil from Stamperia and some paste, a new Pen and Cloud9 Ink pad, watercolor paper and a paint palette to reuse!
Requirements:	This class is for an in-person session at the store! If you are one of our out-of-state attendees or would prefer to take the class remotely via Zoom, it will be offered the same day & time and kits will be mailed... please register via that separate class listing labeled "Zoom"
