Farmhouse Retreat

Come and join us at one of our ‘City Girls Mountain Retreats’ in Walland, TN. Each season we host another scrappin’ retreat and there’s always a waiting list. We can all use some special ‘me’ time and scrappin’ time. This is the ultimate retreat filled with surprises and pampering like only the City Girls can do!!

Take your pick of the dates and grab a friend...Tell your hubby and kids you’ll be gone...Develop those photos & pack your bags. The ‘city girls’ are headed to the mountains!! We’ve packed all the necessities - caffeine, chocolate, movies, and buffets of food.

We haven’t forgotten about your scrappin’ needs either. We will have plenty of adhesives, cardstock, embellishments and papers to shop from!

Let’s get away and crop all weekend long. There’ll be no dishes to do, no laundry to fold, no children to tend to and no hubbies to please. Only scrappin’, eatin’, and sleepin’. Get your spots reserved before they are gone. Hope you can make it :)

Cabin Amenities

  • 7 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms (2 per room in individual twin beds; 4 per bathroom)

Some things to note... 

Deposits & Payments:  A $100 deposit is necessary to confirm your reservation and is non-refundable.  All balances are due 2 weeks prior to event.  Payments can be made on the balance at your convenience up until the due date.  Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis with deposits.  Please understand that we cannot 'hold' spots for you or your rommate without a full deposit.  If you are registering your roommates, please make sure that we have each attendees name, phone and email address for all retreat correspondence.  Your registration serves as confirmation that you have read and understand our policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  Refunds & Transfers are permitted 15 days in advance of the event for a refund of fees paid, less the deposit.  All cancellations or transfers must be notified in writing to  Please be sure to include your contact information in your email.  You will be contacted & refunded within 7 business days if within the cancellation period.  Due to contracted commitments to the rental agency, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event unless I have a waiting list and can fill your spot.  There will absolutely be no refunds for no-shows.  There are no refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather.  In the event of a death or serious illness, we will allow you to transfer any fees paid (less your deposit) to a future retreat of your choice.  Transfers can only be made one time.  Credits not used are forfeited after one year.

General Policies:  By registering and agreeing to these terms, you hereby release Scrappin' In The City and its employees from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, lawsuits, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance in a Scrappin' In The City event. 

Also, if our minimum quest requirement is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. If this happens, of course, we will refund back to you any monies paid, but please note that Scrappin' In The City is not responsible for airfare or other costs incurred by registrants.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Requirements: If the weekday retreat option is chosen the total cost reduces to $285. The discount will be taken off the balance due, so the deposit is still $100.
Deposit of $100 due at booking + Balance of $200 due 2 weeks prior to Retreat for a total of $300; Payments can be made on the balance at any time!
